When the Lord told Moses to return to Egypt from Midian to deliver his people, Moses resisted. But after the Lord convinced him that he would be with him, Moses obeyed. God appeared to Moses in a mysterious burning bush on Mount Sinai. Later Aaron met Moses at the mountain, and together they returned to Egypt, a 200-mile trip.
