The Valley of Eshcol was the valley where the Hebrew spies found a cluster of grapes so large that it took two men to carry it (Numbers 13: 23, 24). Eshcol means cluster. The valley is near Hebron and still has rich vineyards At the left center of this picture is a watchtower, where an owner would stay to protect his crop during the harvest time.
